Camp Limmud 2016

camp2016
Our Camp Limmud team, led by Jewish education professionals and fantastic counselors, is preparing an exciting, fun-filled program for kids aged 18 months to 14 years.

This year’s theme is “Light”. Inspired by the very beginning of the week’s Parashat Behaalotecha: “The Lord spoke to Moses, saying: Speak to Aaron and say to him: “When you light the lamps, the seven lamps shall cast their light toward the face of the menorah.” Aaron did so: he lit the lamps toward the face of the menorah, as the Lrd had commanded Moses. (Numbers 8:1–3)

This ancient light of the Menorah will inspire each group explorations in fun, age appropriate activities, including: art, hike, games, drum circle, rock climbing wall, and a multitude of other activities. You’ll have a hard time pulling your children away in the evenings!

NOTE:  A generous donation has enabled a limited number of full subsidies for children! (All Limmud tickets are subsidized by Limmud Bay Area donors; this one is for additional financial aid for families.) If this assistance would enable your family to attend, be sure to contact registration@limmudba.org for instructions on how to register.
